Hey, I'm Britt!

I’ve spent years battling restrictive diets, punishing workouts, and the constant fear of weight regain.

Like many women, I ended up on GLP-1 medication, not because I “gave up,” but because my body needed real help to manage my health.

That’s why I created StrongHer.

I’ve never lifted weights before, is this still for me?

Yes! StrongHer is made for beginners. If you’ve never touched a dumbbell or resistance band in your life, you’ll be guided step-by-step with short, simple workouts that build your strength and confidence from the ground up.

There is also demonstration videos for EVERY single exercise so you’re never guessing!

What if I’m not on GLP-1s or haven’t had surgery?

That’s totally fine. If you’ve lost weight quickly (or are in the process), your body still needs strength training to maintain muscle, support metabolism, and avoid weight regain. StrongHer is designed to protect your results, no matter how you got there.

Will I bulk up or look too muscular?

Nope. Building muscle as a woman is slow and intentional, especially on low calories. It’s actually incredibly difficult and takes a lot of specific effort to look “bulky” as a woman. This program focuses on lean strength, bone health, and functional movement so you feel strong, not bulky.


Do I need access to a gym?

Nope! You can do all the workouts at home with just your bodyweight or a resistance band. If you have dumbbells, that’s a bonus, but not required.

How long are the workouts? & How many per week?

Each workout is 20–30 minutes max. They’re intentionally short and efficient so you can build consistency without burning out or giving up.

You can also modify up or down depending on your energy and schedule.

The goal is to complete 2-3 workouts per week. Gradually making the exercises harder each week by completing more of them or adding weights. 

We also have a Strong in 6 program that you can add at checkout to give you 6 weeks of structured, follow along video workouts (3 per week) if you’re looking for even more workout content!

Is this a weight loss program?

No. StrongHer is a strength and muscle-preserving program designed to complement your GLP-1 / WLS journey. While fat loss might happen as a side effect, the goal is to protect your muscle and bone, prevent rebound weight gain, and build a body that can carry you long term.


Should I wait until I hit my goal weight to start?

No! Waiting = losing muscle. The faster you’re losing weight, the faster you’re at risk of muscle and bone loss. Strength training now helps protect your progress, maintain your metabolism, and support long-term health.

Will I need to track my food or follow a diet?

No tracking required. You’ll get simple tips to support your protein intake and nourish your body, but there’s zero calorie counting or restrictive meal plans here. This is about feeling strong and eating to support your body, not punish it.

How long do I get access?

You get lifetime access, which means the lifetime of the program. You can revisit it anytime, restart it next month, or use it again when you need a reset. There’s zero pressure and full flexibility.
